We are not the government
Clear Past Inc. is independent of the Government of Canada and the Parole Board of Canada. The Parole Board of Canada is solely responsible for record suspension decisions. You can apply for a record suspension directly, without using Clear Past Inc. or any other third-party provider.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, processing time, faster or special handling by any government body, or any other outcome. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide and for your decisions about any application, including its submission.
Fees
Clear Past Inc. service fees cover Record Suspension Case Management and administrative support only, and are explained before any work begins. Government fees, fingerprinting fees, police and court fees, mailing and other third-party costs are separate and are paid by the client. The exact scope and fee for your situation are confirmed at your consultation.
