Clear Past Inc. is a private administrative support company based in Ontario, Canada. We help clients organize and coordinate the information, documentation and appointments involved in record suspension applications and related administrative processes. Because that work can involve sensitive personal information, we take privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect through this website

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to submit through our intake form:

  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Your preferred contact method and appointment preferences
  • The type of administrative support you are looking for
  • General yes/no answers about documentation and previous assistance
  • How you heard about Clear Past Inc., and an optional referral name
  • An optional message describing the support you are looking for

The intake form is deliberately designed not to collect sensitive personal information. We ask you not to include criminal-record details, court file numbers, police occurrence numbers, government identification numbers, SIN or any documents in the form, and the form does not accept file uploads.

How we use your information

  • To review your request and respond to you
  • To arrange and coordinate appointments
  • To understand how people find Clear Past Inc.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use your intake information for marketing without your consent.

How your submission is handled

When you submit the intake form, your submission is delivered to us by email using a third-party email delivery service. This website does not store your submission in a database. Our email and hosting providers may process data on servers located outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Limited technical logging may occur as part of operating and securing the website.

Sensitive information and documents

Any sensitive personal information or documents involved in the administrative support we provide are collected through the appointment process, not through this website. We collect only what is necessary for the administrative work you have asked us to do, protect it with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, retain it only as long as needed for that work and any legal requirements, and then securely destroy or return it.

Your rights

Subject to limited exceptions under Canadian privacy law, you may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to our use of it. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Contact and changes

To ask a privacy question or make a request, contact us through the intake form or raise it during your appointment. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version.
