Your First Appointment

Your first appointment includes a detailed intake designed to understand your situation and identify the information and documentation relevant to your record suspension process.
We'll take the time to go through your circumstances, ask a series of questions, identify information and documentation that may be relevant to the process, and explain the next steps.
Please allow approximately 45–60 minutes for your first appointment.
Wherever You Are in Ontario
Our primary appointments are in person.
If you're located in another Ontario city or cannot visit us in person, we can arrange your initial appointment by Zoom or telephone.
Before You Register
The registration form is only for arranging your appointment.
Please do not include criminal-record details, document numbers, dates of birth, or other sensitive personal information in the registration form.
We'll discuss the details privately during your appointment.
